Leadership and Self Care
Dear Friends,
It’s the holiday season, and for many it is a time of reflection and review. The winter season also prompts this state of mind. We review our relationships, our purpose, our accomplishments, our goals. In the natural world, winter is a time of hibernation, dormancy, integration and rest. It’s a time of self reflection.
This month’s video newsletter focuses on the relationship between our self care and our ability to lead, to inspire a vision within a community that becomes a creative, living manifestation. What are the routines of your daily life? What are your beliefs about putting your self care first on the list “to-do’s”? Do these routines and beliefs support your vibration, your ability to lead?
Enjoy the video, maybe even twice. Then make a list of self care opportunities for which you have an actual, authentic desire. No should’s here please! See if you can identify and name the new feeling that these self care changes cause in you, and imagine how that new vibration will impact your desires. And remember, self care is not just going to the gym, getting massages, eating good food and such; but also conversations you need to have, important requests, activities you carve away, new forms of recreation, even volunteering for things which open your heart. The idea is to choose activities and ways of being that fill you up, making you a more potent creator and leader.
We love to hear your stories of change and your surprising manifestations. Share with us anytime!
With Enthusiasm for YOU!

It is our pleasure to feature one of our most valued partners, Bclip Productions. We found Bclip during our move to Asheville, North Carolina when we were looking for a creative, flexible, sensitive video production team to produce Partnerships in Motion
with Vistalynk Solutions. Wow, did they deliver!! Hands down, no hesitancy, our experience with Bclip was the best customer service experience we have ever had.
Bclip’s sales process was impeccable. We knew what we were paying for and when with total transparency, in what was to be a fairly complex job. Those fees did not change over the 9 months of production. The production process was fun, creative and easy, and the footage was gorgeous and compelling. During post production, the Bclip team was flexible and accommodating. In short, they are a company of “Yes.” We pushed the edges of their experience and comfort, and they never responded with fear, agitation or burden. The end product was right on schedule and much more than we could have hoped for.
Subsequently, Bclip has been our partner in the production of our website PhoenixPossibilities.com, 4 mini videos, and the entirety of our Cliff Jumping Audio and Workbook Program
(9 audio CDs and full color workbook production). Members of the Bclip team also doubled (with enthusiasm!) as the group who was recorded for the audio and workbook project. What amazing people – and good friends! We will work with Bclip again and again.
With offices in Asheville, NC and Baton Rouge, LA, Bclip works with clients across the United States in multimedia production: video production, audio production, TV spots, website development, graphic design, kiosk and digital signage. They are people of integrity. They are great problem solvers. They are affordable. They deliver quality. They are fun! They hold nothing back.
We are thankful for our partnership with Bclip Productions. We have become more as a company because of their talent. We honor Bclip, and recommend them highly.
